Reports and product information
We sell licensed digital research reports for professional and business use. Before purchasing, review the product page for the report title, edition, original language, outline and GBP price. Website translations do not change the language of the original PDF. Reports describe information available at publication and do not guarantee future outcomes.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. Purchases are one-time payments, with no recurring subscription. Any applicable tax or additional charge must appear in checkout before payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-payment fees. Stripe processes payment; an order is fulfilled only after payment is confirmed. If checkout is unavailable, browsing does not create a paid order.
Digital delivery
Following confirmed payment, you receive a private PDF download on the order page and a delivery email. Download links remain valid for 7 days after payment. Save your PDF during that period and keep the access link private. Contact support if delivery fails or the link expires. We may revoke download access for refunded orders, disputed payments or misuse.
Permitted use and copyright
Purchase grants use of the supplied report under the licence stated on the product page and in the report. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders. Unless expressly authorised by that licence, do not resell, republish, upload publicly or distribute the file outside the licensed users. Purchasing a report does not transfer its copyright or imply publisher endorsement of this website.
Refunds and cancellation
For duplicate charges, missing delivery, an unreadable PDF or a report materially different from its description, contact [email protected] with the order reference. We will review the issue and provide corrected delivery or a refund where appropriate. Please raise requests promptly, preferably within 14 days; this is not a limit on statutory rights. Change-of-mind requests are reviewed in light of access and applicable law. We do not treat downloading alone as consent to waive any legal cancellation right. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider.
Responsible use and disputes
Research is general information, not personalised financial, legal or investment advice. Verify important decisions independently. Do not abuse the website, bypass access controls or share payment or download credentials. Contact support first to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Changes apply prospectively; the terms presented for a purchase govern that purchase.
