Getting your PDF
After confirmed payment, your order page provides a secure PDF download and we email the download link. Download access lasts 7 days after payment; you can keep the PDF you download. Check your spam folder if the message is missing.
Download or email problems
If a link has expired, a PDF will not open or delivery is missing, email us with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will verify the purchase and help restore access or provide a suitable remedy. Do not publish your private download link.
Billing and refunds
Purchases are one-time payments in GBP, not subscriptions. For duplicate charges, failed delivery, a damaged file or a refund request, contact us promptly, preferably within 14 days of purchase. We review the issue and offer corrected delivery or a refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Language and licensing
The website is available in English, Japanese, Spanish and Hebrew. Each report’s original language and edition are described on its product page; switching the website language does not translate the PDF. Contact us before buying if you need permission for wider distribution.
